James Lawson Wallis died peacefully aged 54 in St Leonards Hospice, York on 17th July 2007

He was a loving father to Shelley, Laura, Thomas and Charlotte and grandfather to Joshua, Charlie and Bradley. He was also a loving husband to the late Julie Christine Wallis and son to Marjorie Wallis.

James will be loved and missed always by everyone who knew him

hey dad, it doesnt seem possible that its been 3 years since you were taken from us, i still think about you all the time and miss you loads ... i hope im making you proud with charlotte, she asked for my help and i know you wouldnt of wanted me to turn her away. she is a good kid, just needs some guidance from someone who has been where she is. we are so similar in so many ways that its quite scary. i hope you are happy where ever you are, bet it was good to see nane again afer so long. you look after her for us all please
